The National Grid Person Substations course equips delegates with the essential safety knowledge required for access to National Grid substation sites. The training covers key hazards, including impressed voltage, and ensures personnel understand the procedures and responsibilities for safe working within high-voltage substation environments.

This course is a prerequisite for anyone needing National Grid Person authorisation for substation access or preparing for further Competent Person (CP) qualifications in substation operations.

The National Grid Authorisation Training can only be booked either directly with NG or through the live NG Booking Portal via an approved provider, such as ourselves.
