The National Grid Person Overhead Lines (OHL) course provides essential health and safety knowledge for individuals requiring access to overhead line sites. Delegates learn how to operate safely in high-voltage environments, understand site hazards, and follow National Grid protocols for personal and site safety.

This course is the first step for personnel preparing for Competent Person (CP) authorisation or anyone needing escorted or unescorted access to OHL sites.

The National Grid Authorisation Training can only be booked either directly with NG or through the live NG Booking Portal via an approved provider, such as ourselves.
